Pavilion Dining is home to an array of unique dining concepts that fuse distinct ingredients and flavors to create delicious menus in an inviting environment. Menus were developed in partnership with the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone.

Aromas is the place for fresh-roasted, organic coffee from Peet's, with teas by local alumni-owned Ryan Bros. Try hot or cold brewed specialty drinks, kombucha, iced teas and more. Enjoy studying with friends while you sip your beverage of choice and nibble on a crepe in this lively yet cozy Maher Hall coffeehouse.
Bert's Bistro
Catch a glimpse of ocean waves from the patio at Bert's Bistro café in Mother Rosalie Hill Hall at the west end of campus while enjoying flavorful Latin dishes. Meet a friend and soak up the sun while enjoying a drink from the espresso and tea bar.
Blue Spoon
Located inside Frank's lounge and adjacent to the Torero Store is the Blue Spoon, which serves up froyo, shakes, gourmet chocolates and specialty desserts.
Bosley Café
From morning coffee to late-night frozen yogurt, Bosley Café offers a varied menu of hot and cold foods. Located in the Bosley building near the Valley residence halls.
Frank's Lounge
Frank's Lounge in the Student Life Pavilion is a fun gathering space to play pool or video games, watch TV, study or just grab a sweet treat.
La Paloma
Looking for breakfast for lunch or grab-and-go convenience? La Paloma at the Kroc School combines these options along with tasty signature salads, made-to-order stir-fry, fried chicken and a fabulous espresso bar.
Oliva
Oliva offers a California-inspired Mediterranean menu. Enjoy a full breakfast menu each morning and heartier fare in the afternoon and evening. Located in Olin Hall in the Knauss School of Business.
Tu Mercado
A convenient one stop shop, Tu Mercado is a market, grocery store, deli and an espresso bar — all the essentials for home and campus living. Stock up your fridge, pick up a sandwich or get your coffee made to order at this conveniently located marketplace in the Student Life Pavilion. Also find Torero gear and gifts in the Spirit Shop.
USD Smart Market
Stop in for snacks, beverages, grab and go meals and more! USD's 'smart' market offers a next-gen, low touch shopping experience that uses computer vision and artificial intelligence. Numerous cameras detect each product to provide a seamless shopping experience. Create a digital account to access the store - no need to wait in line to check out all transactions are digitally processed when you exit the store.
