Oliva cafe is located in Olin Hall within the new Knauss Center for Business Education. Oliva (pronounced oh-lee-vah) means 'Olive'. Many of the Mediterranean inspired dishes will feature local olive oil made by California Olive Ranch! You can even purchase the olive oil for use at home.

Oliva offers a California-inspired Mediterranean menu. During the fall and spring semester you can enjoy a made to order breakfast menu from 7 to 10 am and a lunch/dinner menu from 11 am to close. Oliva also has many menu items available all day.
