Sustainability
Pre-consumer food scraps are processed through a dry digester. We proudly support the USD Community Garden located behind Crossroads. This Café was the first dining location on campus to offer a range of environmentally-friendly products. As in all campus eateries; to-go packaging and cutlery are sustainable products made from renewable resources such as corn and potato starch. Bags and napkins are made from 100% recycled materials.
