At USD, the Commons are an interconnected network of spaces, programs and services that create opportunities for dialogue and resource sharing where all are welcome. These spaces are the result of community input and advocacy by inspiring individuals and groups who have sought to create the best for USD and its community.
The Commons connect USD’s people-centric resources and programs under a unified umbrella that reflects the vibrancy of the Catholic intellectual and social traditions, and a commitment to the flourishing of every individual.
While each of these initiatives and programs focuses on the experiences and specific needs of various communities, participation in any event, program or use of space is not limited by race, color, national origin or gender and are consistent with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the university’s nondiscrimination policies.
