This is your USD News Minute.
Come by the Hoehn Family Galleries in Founders Hall for a special art exhibit featuring the works of renowned French artist Georges Rouault. The exhibition is on display across two galleries, and takes visitors on a unique journey that examines the concepts of “light” and “dark.” That’s free to all, and runs through May 16th.
Head out to Mission Bay this weekend and root on your Toreros at the San Diego Crew Classic. The annual event is one of the marquee events on the rowing calendar, and USD's Men and Women will be taking on teams from across the country.
The deadline is fast approaching – don’t miss your chance to swap places with President Harris! Send in your application for President for a Day by April 4th. Learn what it’s like to run a college campus and have President Harris take your classes. Details in the description.
And finally, USD is being recognized by the San Diego Business Journal on its list of Top-Ranking Colleges and Universities for 2025. Go Toreros!
As always, thanks for watching. We’ll see you next week.
