Celebrating 10 Years of Research at USD

Welcome to Research Month 2024 at the University of San Diego! Research Month is an annual opportunity to showcase the diversity of topics and projects taking place across campus. This year, we proudly celebrate 10 years of research excellence. 

What began as a small celebration just a decade ago has now evolved into a month-long showcase that brings the USD scholarly community together, lighting the way forward through our creative endeavors, across scholars, disciplines, institutions … and even across the world. Recognizing the contributions of our faculty scholars — the promise of their research, the potential to identify broad, open problems, the possibility of increasing access and inclusion, and interdisciplinary and cross-institutional collaborations. While the next generation of future scholars are challenged in the classroom to make their own contributions, their own discoveries, to create a more sustainable and hopeful world.
