Vizer/USD Campus Recreation Partnership: Support Those Less Fortunate by Staying Healthy

Vizer App logo, showing a "V" for Vizer

Campus Recreation has partnered up with Vizer to provide our campus community a way to combat hunger in San Diego and the rest of America. When a user reaches 10,000 steps or completes a 30-min activity goal, then a meal can be donated to a local food bank on your behalf. Vizer is a free app that can be downloaded today, however Vizer beacons to track activity done while on campus will not be available until Spring 2021.

For more information on our partnership, pleaes visit our Vizer x Campus Recreation webpage. Here you'll find more information on Vizer, thoughts shared by recent USD alum and Vizer Director of Partnerships McKenna Doe, instructions on how to use the app, and a promotional video that shows some of the activities you can partake in next Spring to donate a meal!
