Crystal Dujowich

Ph.D. in Leadership Studies

Crystal Dujowich is a graduate assistant in the Department of Leadership Studies, where she teaches in the undergraduate Leadership minor. Formerly, Crystal served as the SOLES Global Center graduate assistant, and service-learning coordinator for San Diego State University. She has traveled with SOLES Global Center on four different global study courses: Guatemala, Costa Rica, Mondragon, & Sri Lanka.

Crystal is an active member of the international social change and innovation movement, which is embedded in her curriculum and professional activities. Her research interests span international leadership styles, social change, the use of experiential learning within the classroom, and the relationship of mindfulness and leadership. The courses that she has taught focus on: human development, leadership in groups, ethics and leadership, practicing presence, and leading with change.

Originally from New York, Crystal has enjoyed all San Diego has to offer. She is an avid runner and has taken to surfing, biking, and rock climbing since moving to southern California.
