At the Edge of it All Podcast: A Look at Factory Farming in America and How to Make More Informed Food Choices
Aaron Gross, professor of theology and religious studies at the University of San Diego, joined the "At the Edge of It All' team to dive deeper into what we're seeing in the American food industry, such as factory farming and dishonest food labels being used to market seemingly healthier products.
Gross also shared how he, alongside a group of USD professors, just launched The Center for Food Systems Transformation. The center aims to educate the public about our food systems and empower individuals to make informed choices for themselves and their communities.
