USD Professor Testifies in front of U.S. Senate Committee
This morning, University of San Diego Professor David Shirk, director if the Trans-Border Institute, testified in front of the United States Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs on Border Security at a hearing titled, “Border Security: Measuring the Progress and Addressing the Challenges.”
