You're invited to our culminating event to celebrate another successful collection drive!
Join us in the Reading Room (MRH 204) from 4:00pm-6:00pm as we wrap up another season of SOLES-Giving! Food will be provided by Project Chop, a non-profit organization run by International Rescue Committe that is dedicated to providing low-literacy refugee women the opportunity to learn critical job skills and vocational English in an work environment.
Live music will also be provided by SOLES students Shannon Patiño, Nick Twohig, and Christian Perez throughout the event.

Join SOLES from October 21 to November 22, 2019 as we collaborate with the Monarch School to donate to homeless youth in K-12 schools. This year, we will be collecting full-size hygiene products as part of our donation drive. These products include:
- Chapstick
- Women’s Deodorant (high need)
- Men’s deodorant
- Full size shampoo and conditioner
- Full size body wash (high need)
- Full size toothpaste and tooth brush
- Hair gel
- Hair brushes
- Full size lotion
- Feminine Hygiene products
- Shaving cream
To donate, bring your items to SOLES Dean's Suite (MRH 205) any time during the drive during our operating hours of 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Represent your department
Similar to last year, departments will be competing for top honors with the top donating department being announced at our culminating event on Friday, November 22, 4-6 p.m. in MRH 204 (Reading Room). Top individual donors will also be recognized at this event and encouraged to attend to celebrate their contributions to an amazing cause.
