Studies show that half of managerial decisions fail. Furthermore, in tough economic times, pressure to balance the budget often results in decisions that harm an organization in the long run. How can leaders make better decisions by incorporating discernment practices into their decision-making, especially in tough economic times?
In addition, over half of organizational change efforts fail. How can individual and organizations identify their “immunity to change” and overcome it?
This will be an experiential, interactive workshop, in which presentations will be interwoven with periods of reflection, and participants' own experiences will serve as the basis for reflection and discernment. The morning will focus on decision-making and discernment. In the afternoon, participants will identify individual and organizational goals they would like to achieve, uncover their own “immune” systems, and discover how to break the grip of their immunity to change.
