Join degree candidates, family, friends, faculty, staff and administrators for the 2013 Commencement and 56th conferral of law degrees. Tickets are not required. The procession begins at 8:45 a.m.

Parking will be available in the Mission Parking Structure and in the West Parking Structure. Tram service from these parking structures to the Jenny Craig Pavilion will begin at 7:00 a.m. the doors to the JCP will open at 8:00 a.m. The ceremony will end around 10:45 a.m.

2013 Commencement Speaker

Former Iowa Supreme Court Associate Justice Michael Streit, ‘75
A USD School of Law alum, Justice Streit was presented with the John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Award™ by Caroline Kennedy at the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation in May 2012. The award is presented to public servant who have made courageous decisions of conscience without regard for the personal or professional consequences.

2013 School of Law Commencement Webcast

The USD School of Law graduation ceremony will be webcast live on the internet and will be available for replay up to 24 hours after Commencement.
