Law School Technology Services
Law School Technology Services provides support for the law school's technology and audio/visual needs.
Our commitment and focus is to keep all technologies fully functional for daily usage throughout the Law School.
We act on any request with persistence and provide quick solutions with efficiency and confidence.
We provide the following services for Students, and Faculty and Staff.
- Wireless networking support on laptops, tablets, phones and any mobility products
- Software Support with troubleshooting and assistance with providing solutions
- General Hardware support with assessment and fixing of minor issues and advise if needed
- Install/troubleshoot any law school related software (Examplify, Westlaw, LexisNexis... )
- First responder support for troubleshooting any software/hardware issues
- If necessary will contact and escalate issue to campus IT
- Check out of laptops, projectors and speakerphones for any law school event.
- A/V Equipment setup and tear down for presentations/events
- In-Depth instruction and training on classroom equipment
