Professional Experience
Professor Mauriello is the Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs, General Counsel at DrChrono, Inc., a Silicon Valley pre-IPO company. He is responsible for all in-house legal functions, including private company corporate governance, debt and equity financings, securities law compliance, investor relations, general company representation, tax compliance, employment matters, compensation and benefits matters, intellectual property, insurance and risk management, and certain litigation matters.
