Pre-health peer mentors provide guidance and support to first-year pre-health students as well as engage in pre-health program and event planning. Additionally, they participate in a leadership development program, which focuses on gaining self-awareness and personal growth in preparation for health professional school. The training theme is "Developing Self Authorship", a relevant topic for students thinking about their personal statements and preparing for health professional school interviews.
