Jennings, a Honolulu born 30-something-year-old singer songwriter from Minneapolis, will be releasing his sixth full-length album on May 20. The album, titled “In The Ever” after a statement by Jennings’ son, is similar sounding to 2006’s “Boneclouds” but is a little more joyful and home-made sounding according to Jennings. While his TV show, “Freaks and Geeks,” was easily forgotten by TV viewers, his outstanding cast is helping the general public remember what made the show a success with the critics. Apatow’s most recent film follows Peter Bretter (Jason Segel) as he vacations in Hawaii trying to ditch the memory of his ex-girlfriend Sarah Marshall (Kristen Bell). Read More Pigs can fly at CoachellaThis year’s Coachella Valley Music Festival went out with a bang - or actually a pig. Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters was the third headliner of the three-day festival, and the 64-year-old legend played an epic two-set performance featuring songs from “The Wall” and “Wish You Were Here.” During a version of “Pigs,” adapted from Pink Floyd’s 1977 capitalism crit album “Animals,” a large inflatable pig hovered over the ecstatic audience. The words “Don’t be led to the slaughter” were emblazoned one side of the giant swine, while the other read “Fear builds walls” amidst good ole Uncle Sam carrying a pair of bloody hatchets.
