Ralph H. Folsom
Professor of Law
Professor Ralph H. Folsom writes and teaches in the areas of antitrust, NAFTA, European Union law, international trade and international business transactions. His many books include Principles of European Union Law, NAFTA and Free Trade in the Americas; the popular problem-oriented course book (co-authored) International Business Transactions; and two volumes on State Antitrust Laws. He has been a senior Fulbright resident scholar in Singapore and a visiting professor at the University of Hong Kong, University of Aix-Marseille, University of Paris and Monash University in Australia.
