EPIC Academic
Program
EPIC currently provides an energy law
and policy course for second and third year law students. The
course is taught by practicing energy attorneys who bring decades of
experience into the classroom. EPIC also provides law students
an opportunity to participate in legal and policy research projects. We
are also considering developing an energy law and clinic in which students
would have an opportunity to participate in administrative law proceedings
and conduct legal research for local, state, and federal agencies dealing
with energy.
