Develop a global mindset. Instill social responsibility. Improve your world.

Our commitment to help you become a top business leader who will shape a better world is why our MBA program was ranked #1 in San Diego, #6 in California and in the top 100 globally by Financial Times (2018).

Our MBA is offered in two formats: the full-time MBA program and the professional part-time MBA program, both of which can be completed in as little as two years. The full-time program is based on a traditional schedule while the professional part-time MBA gives you the flexibility to take evening classes only or choose a hybrid study option (one weekend per month). Either way, you will receive the education you need to take your company, your team, and your career to the next level.

Want to take the next step in your career? 94% of our graduates said the program had a positive ROI in their careers and 53% of recent graduates received a salary increase of $20K or more after completing the program. You will also have the option of graduating with one of our dual degrees: JD/MBA, MBA/MS Finance, MBA/MS Real Estate, MBA/MS Supply Chain, or MBA/MS Business Analytics.

Looking for flexibility? Earn your MBA at your own pace and on your own schedule. Students can choose between our full-time and part-time MBA programs. In the part-time MBA program, students have two flexible options: all evening classes on campus or a hybrid program consisting of 60% on campus classes and 40% online classes -- and you can mix and match these options after your first semester.

Want to start your own business? No one will prepare you better. As an MBA student at the USD School of Business, you will have the opportunity to compete in our Venture Vetting (V2) Pitch Competition and the Fowler Global Social Innovation Challenge. Both competitions provide coaching and award seed funding to students. USD's Small Business Development Center, The Brink, supports startups and tech companies and is ranked the number one business accelerator in San Diego by the San Diego Business Journal.

Why USD? With small class sizes—and an intimate cohort format for core classes—you'll make lifelong professional and personal connections with classmates and faculty. Tailor your curriculum by choosing program length, area of emphasis and varied international options. Your USD MBA will help you become an agent for change and a business leader everyone can look up to.
