The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate is proud to announce Jason Santos, '26 (MSRE) as the 2026 recipient of the Daniel B. Woodruff Memorial Scholarship, the Center's highest student honor. 

Celebrating its 30th year, the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate welcomed nearly 450 commercial real estate professionals, industry leaders, alumni and students to its Annual Real Estate Conference on Thursday, April 23, 2026.

The University of San Diego claimed victory at this year’s NAIOP (now known as CREDA) University Challenge, defeating  teams  from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and San Diego State University (SDSU).

Five innovative startups presented the results of nine weeks of customer discovery, business model development, and pitch refinement at The Brink SBDC's signature accelerator program.
