As the business school at a leading Catholic university, we recognize that all people deserve to be treated with dignity, empathy and compassion.
Here at the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business, we are committed to creating a culture where all members of the community from all backgrounds and lived experiences can thrive. Welcoming people with varied experiences broadens our understanding of the world — and by extension, our ability to excel in learning, teaching, scholarship and compassionate service.

The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate recently launched the Real Estate Awareness and Discovery Initiative (READI) to promote real estate as a career path for high school students in underserved communities.
