• Three-story building for graduate and law school housing.

• Single bedrooms, two people per apartment.

• Individual bathroom, shared dining room, living room and kitchen – fully furnished.

• Graduate Student contracts are for Sept. 1 – May 31 with continuous occupancy. Summer occupancy available at additional cost.
• Law Students contract are for continuous occupany August 17th 2008 to May 16th, 2009.

• Fitness room, study rooms, laundry room, computer room, mail room.

• Utilities, campus phone, cable TV, wireless Internet service, and maintenance included.

• Various workshops (i.e. graduate school panels, yoga classes, healthy cooking classes, etc.).

• Tram service and covered parking.
