Professor Kammer teaches Administrative Law

Professional Experience

Professor Kammer is a Deputy Attorney General for the State of California Department of Justice, litigating civil rights cases in federal courts throughout the state. She is former Career Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael M. Anello, United States District Court, Southern District of California, where she handled both civil and criminal cases. She also served as a Career Law Clerk for the Honorable Nita L. Stormes, United States District Court, Southern District of California, and as a term law clerk for the Honorable Tucker L. Melancon, United District Court, Western District of Louisiana.

Honors and Affiliations

Professor Kammer is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Compliance, the National Association of Attorneys General, the San Diego Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and the San Diego County Bar Association. She is a Ninth Circuit Lawyer Representative for the United States District Court, Southern District of California, and an Appellate Moot Court Tournament Judge at USD School of Law.
