Professional Experience
Professor Howe is the legal director of the Surfrider Foundation, where she oversees and manages all legal actions and legislative advocacy. Previously, Howe worked at Hogan & Hartson, LLP in Los Angeles as an associate in the firm’s environmental practice group.
Howe teaches Ocean & Coastal Law.
