The USD Integrated Engineering Advisory Board was formed to provide the department of integrated engineering with input from its constituents in San Diego industry. We hope to include alumni as they become more senior in the field. The board includes individuals with expertise in areas related to our major overall and our concentrations: Biomedical Engineering, Embedded Software, Sustainability, Engineering and the Law and the Individual Plan of Study. The responsibilities include attending two meetings per year, typically in December and May (in-person or electronically), providing input on our educational objectives for the overall program, input on course offerings, facilitating connections to industry for student internships and employment, support for capstone projects, assistance with strategies for advertising/marketing our program and any other areas where members wanted to help.
