Synchronizing Composite Manufacturing cutting and tool layup process
The current cut/kit preparation and tool readiness layup process exhibits variability in lead time between finished ply-cutting and tool availability. Due to this variability, materials often get put in the freezer so they do not exceed their shelf life.
