Terry Hache is a Technical Lead Software Engineer at General Atomics, Electromagnetic Systems Division and is working on designing firmware for the next generation electromagnetic aircraft catapult. She has over 30 years of embedded software experience in designing and implementing software/firmware for various real-time embedded system applications. These applications include signal processing, communications and control systems. She is experienced in dealing with development of high speed DSP and control applications for the navy, local wireless/telecom firms. She received her BA in Math/Computer Science from UCSD in 1986 and has a Software Engineering Management Certificate from UCSD Extension. She is a Senior Member of IEEE and has served in several officer positions in the San Diego IEEE Executive Committee, including serving as Chair for 2005-06, and currently is a Member at Large. She was awarded the Outstanding Service Award by San Diego Engineering Council in 2003.
