​Building alliances in the community.

The University of San Diego's Center for CyberSecurity Engineering and Technology (CCSET) is the central hub for building and creating alliances among USD, industry, community and students. In addition to the degrees and programs offered, USD's CCSET creates unique educational opportunities for:

  • Industry to learn how to lead and build a cybersecurity culture within their organizations
  • Students to be matched with industry through practicums, internships and job opportunities
  • Community members to learn and gain new knowledge around attaining cybersecurity mindsets through various workshops and seminars
  • Middle and high school students to be inspired through a number of different type of STEM and cybersecurity camps and workshops

Cyber Industry Affiliates Program

The USD CCSET Cyber Industry Affiliate Program (CIAP) collaboratively engages with organizations that work to support and improve the advancements made within the field of cybersecurity. CIAP members recognize the volatility of the industry and partner with USD and it's students to ensure proper job skill development and to shape the future roles and outcomes of the cybersecurity workforce within this dynamic and complex industry.
