Emiliano Gallego owns PAGASA Pasta, which is located in Tijuana, Mexico. PAGASA is currently the only pasta company in Mexico to have FSSC certification, guaranteeing global standards in quality and hygiene. Under Gallego's leadership, the company has tripled its sales and production capacity. Gallego received his BS/BA degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering in 2000 and his Master of Science in Executive Leadership in 2011, both from the University of San Diego.
Gallego received USD's Author E. Hughes Career Achievement award in April of 2015.
