Master's in Real Estate Sample Schedule
We have structured the Master’s in Real Estate schedule so that you will understand and be able to apply the critical parts of commercial real estate in both theory and practice. Full-time students finish the program in two semesters and part-time students finish in four semesters. Classes are held at USD's campus once a week, starting after 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
Note that there are three exceptions to this:
- MSRE 500 is an all-day, five-day course held before the semester-long classes start in August.
- MSRE 511 is a weekend seminar usually held on two or three full weekend days in February.
- MSRE 510 is the capstone course held after the semester-long classes end in May.
