Kacy Hayes is the assistant dean of student success at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business, where she is an advocate for business students and programs. She provides strategic leadership in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of strategy for student-related policies, warning identification, outreach and intervention and she provides guidance on the school's proactive and student-centric personalized services that empower students to identify, pursue and achieve their academic, personal and career ambitions.
She is also an adjunct faculty member for the Knauss School of Business, where she teaches organizational change for graduate students. Dr. Hayes has worked with USD's business programs since 2006 and prior to coming to USD, she had nine years of experience in admissions, academic advising, student services and service learning in higher education.
