What happened to the One Stop Student Center?

One Stop is now the Torero Hub! The Torero Hub will serve new and current students in the place of what used to be known as One Stop Student Center. It offers the same services and counseling as One Stop to help students navigate their USD experience, now with an enhanced focus on building awareness of and access to the myriad opportunities at our university. The Torero Hub is a place for students to ask non-academic questions related to things like financial aid, paying their bill and registering for classes, as well as get resources and general support to navigate their life at USD.

How to Use the Torero Hub

For all questions that fall underneath the Torero Hub's purview, students are encouraged to use the Torero Hub question form. Student inquiries or requests will be routed to the appropriate office or person, who will then contact the student directly to provide assistance.

Torero Connect Counselors & Torero Support Counselors

Through the Torero Hub, each new undergraduate and transfer student is assigned a Torero Connect Counselor (TCC), a new position within the Torero Hub. TCCs are responsible for supporting students in all non-academic ventures. Torero Support Counselors (TSCs) will have specializations in financial aid, registration, and billing and payment and are here to assist all students who do not have an assigned TCC.
