What We Do

Projects and Services

Our team is here to help produce your project from concept to completion, while offering quality and professional services in the fields of design, editing, marketing, advertising and photography. We can help clarify your specific project needs and refine your text. We will procure cost estimates from printers and other off-campus vendors, and design your materials. And most importantly, we will ensure that the results are of the highest quality and align with the university’s brand and visual identity standards.

Our types of projects include, but are not limited to:

Having trouble getting your project off the ground? Our Creative Services team is eager to help you create a product that effectively communicates your message to your audience. Let’s get started!

Step1

Project Request

Click on the Project Request button and fill out the form. Your requested information will be emailed to you. A project manager will be in touch with you within 3 to 5 business days to establish the scope of work, timeline and whether we will be able to take on the request.

Step2

Creative Brief

If necessary, a project manager will set up a creative brief meeting to discuss your vision, budget and objectives. A designer will be assigned to your project and may be present to advise on the best approach and final deliverables.

Step3

Copy and Asset Collection

Before the designer can begin your project, you will need to provide copy and any other necessary assets such as ad specifications, photography or sponsor logos along with any photo direction. Your copy may be edited to conform to our writing and brand standards.

Step4

Reviews and Approvals

Once the design process begins, PDFs or hard copies will be sent to you for review. When the project is close to final, it will be sent to a proofreader for review. If applicable, the project manager will provide you with print/vendor estimates for review. Written final approvals of the project and any estimates are needed before the project is sent out or uploaded.

Step5

Project Archiving

Upon completion of your project, your files will be archived with Creative Services.
