Transcripts

An official transcript is a comprehensive record of a student's academic progress at USD.

The Office of the Registrar holds records for those students who attend or attended undergraduate, graduate and doctoral courses seeking a degree in the program.

How to Order an Official Transcript

Current Students

Current USD students can go through their MySanDiego portal to order transcripts.

Alumni/Former Students

Alumni who still have access can go through their MySanDiego portal to order official transcripts.

Alumni and former students who do not have access to the MySanDiego portal, can request official transcripts by creating an online Parchment account.

Note: If you attended online certifications such as teaching credential, CLAD and all extension or off campus courses, please visit the Office of Professional and Continuing Education website for information on how to obtain your official transcript or you may contact the Continuing Education office at (619) 260-4585.

Law School, Franciscan School of Theology, and Paralegal transcripts are maintained by their respective offices.

How to Request an Unofficial Transcript

There is no fee for this request. Current students and Alumni who still have access to their portal can view and print unofficial transcripts through the MySanDiego portal.

Alumni and former students who do not have access to their portal can also request their unofficial transcript.
