Order an Official Transcript

Please confirm your needs before submitting your payment, as payments are nonrefundable. Each official transcript is $15.

If you started the Paralegal Program Fall 2015 or later:

  • Order your transcript through Parchment (electronic transcripts only, fastest option).

If you started the Paralegal Program prior to Fall 2015 or require a mailed paper transcript:

  • Order and pay using PayPal (Chrome works best, no PayPal account is needed).
  • If ordering transcripts to be sent to LSAC, email the LSAC Transcript Request Form to paralegal@sandiego.edu after ordering. Note: not needed if ordering through Parchment.
  • If any other documentation needs to accompany your transcript, email it to paralegal@sandiego.edu and reference your order.
  • Electronic transcripts are NOT available for those who started the Paralegal Program prior to Fall 2015. 
  • The University of San Diego Paralegal Program cannot accommodate rush orders. Requests will be processed (US Postal Service delivery) within 5 business days from the time both the request and payment are received by the Program Office.
  • If you are ordering as a third party, email paralegal@sandiego.edu for alternative instructions. 

The University of San Diego Paralegal Program does not provide unofficial transcripts. If you started the Paralegal Program Fall 2015 or later, you may be able to access an unofficial transcript through the MySanDiego portal (my.sandiego.edu). Contact ITS with questions on accessing the MySanDiego portal. 

Order a Replacement Certificate

Please confirm your needs before submitting your payment, as payments are nonrefundable. Each replacement certificate is $15.

  • Order and pay using PayPal (Chrome works best, no PayPal account is needed).
  • If requesting a name change, email the Change of Name Form and supporting documentation to paralegal@sandiego.edu after ordering. 
  • Requests will be processed (US Postal Service delivery) within 5 business days from the time both the request and payment are received by the Program Office.
