Emily Rose-Weber has been an attorney with the San Diego Public Defender’s Office for nineteen years. She spent 15 years focused primarily on trial work. Since 2021 she has been with the office’s Writs and Appeals Division handling a wide range of postconviction work and complex homicide litigation. She has three published appellate victories. She has also served as President of the San Diego Public Defenders Association since 2023.
