Alec M. Rishwain teaches Fundamentals of Bar Exam Writing, where he prepares third-year law students with the writing and testing strategies necessary for success on the California and Uniform Bar Exams. Professor Rishwain is passionate about teaching and welcomes the opportunity to assist in any areas within his expertise.
Professor Rishwain is the managing attorney of Rish Law, a Professional Corporation, where his practice focuses on commercial litigation, entertainment industry matters, employment cases, and high-stakes tort claims. His clients include growing businesses and employers, music artists, and sophisticated individuals seeking aggressive advocacy in prosecuting and defending high-stakes legal disputes.
Prior to founding his firm, Professor Rishwain practiced complex civil litigation at multiple nationally recognized law firms. He also served as a legal fellow to the Honorable Consuelo M. Callahan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
He is admitted to practice in California, Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Southern, Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of California.
