Professional Experience
Bell clerked for Justice Mishael Cheshin of the Supreme Court of Israel and for the High Court of Justice Department within the Israeli State Attorney’s office. He was a visiting professor at the University of Connecticut Law School and Fordham University Law School. He is a member of the faculty of law at Bar Ilan University. Professor Bell joined the USD School of Law faculty in 2009.
Honors and Affiliations
Bell served as an editor for the University of Chicago Law Review. At the University of Chicago, he won the Mulroy Prize for Excellence in Apellate Advocacy with Distinction. He was named an Alon Fellow by the Israeli Council for Higher Education in 2006. Bell is a member of the Order of the Coif.
