Melody is a specialist in city logistics and a thought leader in the future of sustainable urban freight distribution. She has been involved in the operations design of some of the world's most iconic buildings, airports, and cities.

Melody has used the broad scope of industrial engineering to expand operations, logistics and supply chain masterplanning consulting. In turn, she has influenced the operational outcomes of campus designs, improved the last mile logistics systems, and has helped to lay the groundwork for autonomous delivery systems. One of the most rewarding aspects of her career has centered around mentoring junior staff to understand the full potential of ISyE applications.

Melody holds a Master’s degree in International Logistics and Transport from the University of Glamorgan (Wales, UK) and is a chartered logistician (Chartered Member, Institute of Logistics and Transport, CMILT).
