In 2011, Renee Thomashow graduated from the University of San Diego with a BS/BA in Industrial and Systems engineering. Upon graduation, Renee entered the workforce as a Buyer at Northrop Grumman in Los Angeles, California. Shortly thereafter, she joined the United Technologies family (now Raytheon Technologies) and has spent a majority of her career working at the Aerostructures Chula Vista, California site. In 2016, she spent time working at the Collins Aerospace headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina but moved back to San Diego in 2017. In 2018, Renee graduated with an MBA from Northeastern University. Currently, Renee is the Associate Director for the Collins Aerospace Aerostructures Supply Chain Shared Services team based in Chula Vista. She leads the team by utilizing lean principles and promoting a continuous improvement mindset.
