Arthur Loh is currently a Systems Engineer at ViaSat. He has worked at ViaSat since 1995 contributing to both government and commercial programs. His background includes high-speed PCB design, embedded software development for DSPs, programmable logic for FPGAs and systems engineering both algorithm development and system architecture design. He holds Bachelor's and Master's of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
