Student Professional Development

Explore career paths. Network with your target industry. Find a job that excites you.

Our team of Student Professional Development Managers (SPDMs) in the Knauss School of Business supports undergraduate and graduate business students in their career exploration and professional development. Through impactful programming and personalized guidance, students will gain a deeper understanding of opportunities within their area of interest in business. Students will explore and understand their skills, interests and values as they identify specific functions and industries of interest. We offer industry-specific opportunities to network more effectively, prepare for different types of interviews and pursue a career where each student can succeed in a diverse, global workplace.

We are here to empower and educate students to define a job search strategy they can refine and utilize throughout their careers, and we will support students throughout their academic journey from orientation to graduation.
