THRIVE! Dates & Deadlines

OFSL has developed the THRIVE! Chapter Accreditation process to align with the life cycle of chapter leadership. Accreditation begins when new officers officially assume their roles following the chapter’s election process.

Because chapters operate on different election cycles, we have created two timelines to support this experience:

  • Academic Year Accreditation – for chapters whose new officers begin their terms in the Fall semester
  • Calendar Year Accreditation – for chapters whose new officers begin their terms in the Spring semester

Please review the timeline that best supports your chapter experience.

Please note: For Fall 2025, all Calendar Year chapters will only be responsible for completing the Fall accreditation requirements due to the program rollout occurring during the Fall semester. The Calendar Year timeline will be added in January 2026.

THRIVE! Dates & Deadlines

In addition to the reports outlined below, chapters are expected to: Attend the monthly Presidents' Forums, Meet with their OFSL advisor at least once a month, and Have the academic officer meet with their advisor twice per semester.

Although chapters on the calendar or academic cycles occur at different points in their leadership terms, the dates and deadlines have been aligned to support both experience and coordination.
