This award honors an outstanding member in their first two years of membership.

Nominate a new member who has become an active and contributing member of your chapter and the University of San Diego Fraternity and Sorority Life community. Explain how the new member has made a positive impact so far; please only include accomplishments since joining your organization. Submit nominations through this form by April 19th.

This award honors a Chapter Officer who has made a significant and lasting positive impact on their organization.

Nominate an individual who has surpassed the expectations of their chapter and contributed positively to the Fraternity and Sorority Life community through their leadership role. Explain how the individual has made an impact on members of the organization and assisted the chapter in achieving its goals. Submit nominations through this form by April 19th.

This award honors a Council Officer who has made a significant and lasting positive impact on their governing Council.

Nominate an individual who has surpassed the expectations of their Council and contributed positively to the Fraternity and Sorority Life community through their leadership role. Explain how the individual has made an impact on members of the organization and assisted the Council in achieving its goals. Submit nominations through this form by April 19th.

This awards honors a Chapter Advisor (any area/position) who has provided impactful guidance and support to the chapter.

Nominate a chapter advisor who has exceeded the standards expectations of advising within the USD community and your inter/national organization. Explain their role in your chapter's activities and the qualities that set this person apart from other alumni/alumnae, graduate chapter members, and staff/faculty advisors. Submit nominations through this form by April 19th.

This award honors a USD community member (faculty, staff, alumnus, unaffiliated student, etc.) who has provided impactful guidance and support to the chapter.

Nominate an individual whose work has positively impacted the USD Fraternity and Sorority Life community on an individual and/or collective level. Explain how this individual's time, energy, and efforts have contributed to advancing FSL and how their involvement exceeds general support from University faculty, staff, administrators, and unaffiliated students. Submit nominations through this form by April 19th.

This award recognizes a fraternity/sorority member who has made a positive impact on the USD campus and/or local San Diego community.

Nominate a member whose involvement, efforts, and impact have positively enhanced the University of San Diego and/or the greater San Diego community. Explain the individual's work, who it has benefitted, and how their contributions align with the core principles of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Submit nominations through this form by April 19th.

Nominees for this award are graduating seniors or members who have graduated within the last 4-5 years. The student must be in good standing with the university, their chapter, and inter/national organization. Nominators should celebrate recent alumni who are continuing to live the values of their organization, are rising stars in their industry, or demonstrated outstanding promise as they prepare to graduate. There is no minimum or maximum number of award winners for this category. Submit nominations through this form by April 19th.

This award recognizes chapters that practice excellence in Growth through the Attainment of Knowledge - to achieve high academic standards, practice intellectual curiosity, and seek continuous learning.

May include: professional or career development, recognizing individual member achievements (research, internship, graduate school, etc.), academic support plans for members, and more. Submit nominations through this form by April 19th.

This award recognizes chapters that practice excellence in Leadership through Strength of Character - to lead, influence, and change organizations as well as the greater community.

May include: leadership development workshops, exec board communication and chapter management, mentorship within chapter, involvement in other campus/community organizations, and more. Submit nominations through this form by April 19th.

This award recognizes chapters that practice excellence in Service through Civic Engagement - to serve our campus, community, and world in ways that make a real impact and confront humanity's urgent challenges.

May include: changemaking initiatives and advocacy, engaging participants and donors in philanthropic efforts, partnerships with community organizations, member education on social justice issues and root causes, and more. Submit nominations through this form by April 19th.

This award recognizes chapters that practice excellence in Belonging through Inclusive Practices - to build authentic friendships that last a lifetime within a diverse, caring, and inclusive brother/sisterhood.

May include: social identity reflection and dialogue, brotherhood/sisterhood initiatives, specific education on topics such as race, ability, gender, sexuality, class/financial transparency, etc. and more. Submit nominations through this form by April 19th.

This award recognizes chapters that practice excellence in Health through Safety and Wellbeing - to practice healthy behaviors of managing stress, interacting with others, and taking care of all dimensions of wellbeing.

May include: harm reduction and risk management practices, accountability processes for members and the chapter, mental health and stress management support, specific education on topics such as hazing prevention, alcohol and other drug use, healthy relationships, etc. and more. Submit nominations through this form by April 19th.

This award recognizes chapters that successfully host a collaborative program with at least one other organization, department, or group. Submit nominations through this form by April 19th.
