IFC Fraternity Recruitment

Interfraternity Council or "IFC" refers to the eight fraternities at the University of San Diego that are member organizations of the North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC).

IFC fraternities have been historically and predominantly white, and often restricted membership opportunities based on marginalized social identities. Today, they have a more diverse membership, constitute the largest men’s student organization on campus, and are capable of significant changemaking within the USD community.

The University of San Diego is currently home to seven IFC fraternities that offer multiple ways to explore potential membership, including both formal and informal recruitment processes in the Fall and Spring semesters. More information about these processes is included below. Additional questions can be directed to fsl@sandiego.edu or the IFC VP Recruitment at usdifcrecruitment@gmail.com.
