IFC Recruitment starts with IFC Kickoff, where prospective members will have the opportunity to meet and talk with chapters. Throughout the following two weeks, each chapter will host their own recruitment events, open to all prospective members. Chapters will then host an invitational event (invite only). Following all recruitment events, chapters have the ability to extend "bids" (invitations to membership) to a certain number of prospective members based on mutual selection.
Below are additional details about the recruitment schedule. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the IFC Vice President of Recruitment at usdifcrecruitment@gmail.com or the FSL Office at fsl@sandiego.edu.
