Committee Chair and Principal, CALCAP Advisors
Pat is a principal at CALCAP Advisors, a real estate investment company formed in 2008 with two other fellow USD alumni, Ed Aloe and Mark Mozilo. CALCAP sponsors alternative real estate investment opportunities for individual and institutional investors throughout the Southwestern U.S. The company specializes in multi-family property ownership and management, as well as business purpose real estate lending. Pat is the director of capital markets for the firm, overseeing dispositions and equity/debt structures. In the community, Pat is a supporter of St. Therese of Carmel Catholic Church, the University of San Diego and has served as co-chairman of an annual fundraising event for Notre Dame Academy since 2006. Pat began serving as the chair of the BMC Real Estate Committee at the end of 2022.
