The Urban Land Institute provides leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. As the go-to land use organization for real estate issues in our region, the ULI San Diego-Tijuana District Council facilitates the open exchange of ideas among industry leaders, practitioners and policy makers. The District Council sponsors monthly educational forums. Student membership is $120.00/year.

Each class is designed to enhance the success of commercial real estate professionals regardless of specialty.

IREM® is an international institute with the learning, certifications, and networking that property managers need to take on real estate management’s most dynamic challenges.
