McQuaig Assessment

The Burnham-Moores Center utilizes The McQuaig behavioral assessment with USD's Knauss School of Business real estate students as part of career coaching to help set students on a clearer path to success. The outcomes of the assessment have made a significant difference for real estate students as they decipher which area of real estate students are most likely to flourish in, within the various disciplines of real estate. People are happiest and most productive when their real behavior is what shows up at work and do not have to fake it to make it. The McQuaig assessment tool allows us to match a student profile with an area of real estate in which they will most likely succeed.
